Arcadia Congregational Church is devoted to the concept that persons of widely differing theological understandings can join together to form a Christian community of faith. As individual members, we are free to believe and act in accordance with our awareness of God's will for our lives. But we are also called to live in a loving and accepting relationship with one another.

ADULT BIBLE STUDY
Our Adult Bible Study will continue during the month of May with books or letters found in Scripture that will be discussed in their context such as date of writing, possible author, and events of the times. We will meet in person or on our Facebook page on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.: Arcadia Congregational Church.

ARCADIA INTERFAITH NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER
On Thursday, May 2nd, at 7:00 p.m., the Arcadia Interfaith Action Group will be hosting a National Day of Prayer service at The Santa Anita Church (across from our chapel). The theme is “Hope Chest.” Participants from seven different faith traditions will be drawing prayers of hope from a treasure chest. The service should be brief but meaningful. Refreshments will be served after the service.

PENTECOST SUNDAY
This year, Pentecost Sunday will be celebrated on May19th. There will be plenty of wind, fire, and loud yelling. Following the service, we’ll be gathering outside our chapel to let something go. This is a service not to miss.
